Global Crossing, and SmithKline Beecham. Reuben brings to The Full Circle a close
& highly valuable Microsoft relationship gained from working within Microsoft
UK and his continued activity in the Microsoft Partner community. Reuben holds Cisco
CCNP & Microsoft MCSE certifications.
Chris Hermon
co-founder
Since gaining his Master's degree Chris has developed bespoke software systems for
over 12 years for Securicor, Taylor Nelson Sofres, and Capital Radio Plc. He has
hands on experience of the whole development lifecycle. Chris has worked with languages
such as C++, Visual Basic, SQL, and from MS Windows platforms to Internet / Intranet

Tim is a seasoned IT management and procurement professional who’s 22 year career
began in the early days of IT outsourcing, working for both service providers and
clients to ensure successful service delivery. Tim’s focus today is firmly on IT
Procurement, combining his market knowledge, professional network and excellent
contract management and negotiation skills to achieve optimum value for our clients.
